Our vintage and second hand items are carefully curated. These items will likely have imperfections due to their pre-loved wear. The colors of items may vary from the product image. We do our best to include noteworthy flaws, details, and color variations in each vintage product’s description and measurements. Examples of imperfections that a vintage or second hand item may retain, include, but are not limited to: pilling, discolorations, small tears, pulls, loose threading, etc.
Our vintage and secondhand finds are one-of-a-kind pieces. Only one of each item is available. Vintage sizing often varies from modern sizes. Some items may not retain their original brand, size and/or material tags. We do our best to suggest a possible size range for each item but these recommendations are not a guarantee. Please refer to model’s measurements that are included in the listings if you have any questions about style or fit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
TVI offers exchanges for items in original packing. All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
All items on sale are final sale without exception and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To begin an exchange, please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the product(s) you do not want to keep, the product(s) you would like instead, the reason for your return and the tracking and confirmation for your return. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive your original order. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged with all the original labels, packaging, etc and include a note with your order number and email address. Please ship your package to:

TVI cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order. Upon approval, your exchange will be sent out. TVI is not responsible for return shipping costs. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your exchange has been processed. TVI reserves the right to deny any exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
